CVLens is operated as part of Amyla Services. This policy explains how we handle account, billing, and CV parsing data.

Data We Process

We process account data such as name, email address, workspace membership, authentication data, API key metadata, billing identifiers, and product usage events.

When you use the CV parser, we process uploaded CV files, extracted text, structured parse results, optional analysis results, filenames, format metadata, warnings, and processing status. CV files can contain personal data about candidates. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and process those documents.

Purpose

We use this data to provide authentication, workspace access, API keys, CV parsing, optional analysis, usage limits, billing, abuse prevention, security monitoring, support, and service reliability.

Retention

CV parser artifacts are stored encrypted and expire after the configured retention window, currently 7 days. After expiry, raw uploaded documents are deleted and parsed payloads are cleared by the scheduled retention job. Account, billing, audit, and usage records may be retained longer where required for security, accounting, legal, or operational purposes.

Subprocessors

CVLens sends extracted CV text and structured parser payloads to OpenAI to generate structured output and optional analysis. Stripe is used for payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and usage-based billing. Infrastructure, email, logging, and storage providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Security

API key secrets are shown once and stored only as hashes. CV parser payloads are encrypted at rest where the application stores parsed data. Access is workspace-scoped and protected by authentication, authorization checks, and product entitlements.

Your Choices

You can revoke API keys, manage workspace access, and request support for account or data questions. Billing details are managed through Stripe where self-service billing is enabled.
