These terms govern access to CVLens and related Amyla Services products.

Use of the Service

CVLens provides an API and workspace for uploading CV documents, extracting structured data, and optionally requesting analysis. You must only upload documents you are allowed to process and must comply with applicable privacy, employment, and data protection laws.

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, bypass rate limits, attack the platform, share API keys publicly, or resell access without written permission.

API Keys and Workspaces

API keys are workspace-scoped. You are responsible for keeping tokens secret, rotating them when needed, and revoking tokens that should no longer have access. Actions performed with a workspace API key are treated as actions by that workspace.

Output and Accuracy

CV parsing and analysis are automated. Results can be incomplete, incorrect, or require human review. You are responsible for validating output before using it in hiring, screening, compliance, or other material decisions.

Billing

Free workspaces receive the configured monthly allowance. Paid CVLens plans may include a recurring base price and usage-based charges for completed parses and optional analysis requests. Stripe is used for checkout, billing portal access, payment collection, invoices, and subscription status.

If payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or a required entitlement is inactive, access to paid functionality may be limited or downgraded to the Free plan.

Data Retention

CV parser artifacts are retained for a short operational window, currently 7 days, unless a different written agreement applies. Account, billing, audit, and usage records may be retained as required for operations, security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Availability

We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, comply with law, prevent abuse, or perform maintenance.
