Keep processing asynchronous

Accept the candidate upload immediately, store the parse identifier, and update the application record after polling reaches a terminal state. This separates document processing time from the applicant-facing form submission.

Use analysis as review input

Optional consistency and seniority observations should support a reviewer, not silently accept or reject a candidate. CVLens output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be validated before use in hiring, screening, compliance, or other material decisions.
